SPIN AWARDS RADIO SHOW SUBMISSION POLICY

We here at the Spin Awards are here to serve as we share the love of GOD. We have had some interest from radio show hosts and radio station owners  about hosting shows on BDS monitored Spin Awards Radio.  We really want to and love the idea of broadcasting Christian based and Christ centered shows on Spin Awards Radio, however, we realized that some of the shows that would be submitted could possibly be former Spin Awards Radio winners and/or nominees as well as shows that might want to become Spin Awards nominees in the future.   So, after some prayer and deliberation, here is (see below) the approach that we thought would be fair and equitable while maintaining the integrity of the platform.

Lottery/Drawing  Process & Information:

We will broadcast up to 5 shows without charge that will be selected by lottery/drawing for up to 1 year.

• Selected shows that also would like to participate in the Spin Awards will only be eligible for selected categories  as long as the show is airing on Spin Awards Radio.
• These special categories will only be open to shows that spin on Spin Awards Radio. Regular eligibility will resume 6 months after the last airdate of the show.
• The show will air weekly and cannot be more than 1 hour long.
• If your show sells ads, and/or has paid advertising or has paid/monetary sponsors, or exchange of goods and services, then your show IS NOT eligible to air on the Spin Awards Radio Platform without a charge,
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any show as we deem fit.

We will also broadcast shows for a fee of  $30 a month if you are a Spin Awards Affiliate (click here for Spin Awards Affiliate Information).  If  the person submitting is not a Spin Awards Affiliate Member, then the fee will be $45 per month.

• Fee selected shows will only be eligible for special Spin Awards selected categories  as long as the show is airing on Spin Awards Radio. These special categories will only be open to shows that spin on Spin Awards Radio.
• Each show submitter will need his/her own Spin Awards Affiliate Membership to submit a show for fee based airing consideration. The shows will be accepted on a first submit, first to get an airdate basis.
•  Regular eligibility will resume 6 months after the last airdate of the show.
• Advertising and sponsorships can be included in shows that are fee based.
• The show will air weekly and cannot be more than 1 hour long.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any show as we deem fit.

PAYMENT: We reserve the right to accept or reject any show as we deem fit. Payments are monthly based on your show’s start date. The start date is the  date that payment is received and is due monthly  on that same day. If payment is not made within five days of the due date, we will suspend airing your show until payment is received which may change  your monthly payment due date.

YOU CAN SUBMIT SHOW WITHOUT PAYMENT  OR WITH PAYMENT. 

OR YOU CAN PAY NOW IF YOU ARE OPTING TO TAKE THE FEE-BASED ROUTE.  Your payment will be returned/refunded if for some reason your show is not accepted .
